Recently, Parkview Elementary held its annual "Paws-itive" behavior celebration to honor students who have been great leaders and role models in the classroom. The school is glad that so many kids are coming to its new STEAM discovery sessions. These sessions are meant to get kids interested in technology and engineering at a young age. The community still gives faculty members high marks for their proactive communication and commitment to making sure that every child has a safe and supportive place to learn.
Q1. Are there any introductory classes in world languages at Parkview Elementary?
Ans. Through integrated lessons in the weekly fine arts rotation, students learn basic Spanish words and cultural traditions.
Q2. What are the rules for using cell phones at Parkview Elementary?
Ans. To keep kids from being distracted during school, personal devices must stay off and be kept in backpacks.
Q3. Is there a garden or outdoor classroom at Parkview Elementary?
Ans. There is a learning garden on campus where students can study life cycles and environmental science in a hands-on way.
Q4. What do they do at Parkview Elementary to practice safety?
Ans. The school does regular fire, lockdown, and severe weather drills to make sure that all students know how to stay safe.
Q5. Do Parkview Elementary students have a limit on how many library books they can check out?
Ans. Students can check out up to two books a week for fun reading and schoolwork.
