M.L. Phillips Elementary is happy that more people than ever came to the most recent Scholastic Book Fair. The fair made a lot of money for new tech for the library. The school recently held a "Unity Day" to celebrate the students' different cultures and traditions through music and art. The school is serious about making the campus a great place for all kids to learn and grow, as these programs show.
Q1. Does M.L. Phillips Elementary have a behavior program for all of its students?
The school has a system of positive reinforcement, which means that students get rewards for being safe, polite, and responsible.
Q2. What is the M.L. Phillips playground like?
Ans. The campus has modern tools and open green spaces where students can safely and actively play outside.
Q3. Are there any electives at M.L. Phillips that are only for STEM students?
Ans. Teachers use STEM ideas in their regular lessons, and every year they have a science fair to help students learn more.
Q4. What does M.L. Phillips tell families about what's going on at school?
Ans. Families get weekly digital updates and newsletters to keep them informed about school events and important dates.
Q5. Are there computer labs at M.L. Phillips?
Ans. A dedicated lab gives students regular access to technology for digital projects and teaches them how to use computers.
