The new "Warriors Read" incentive program at J.A. Hargrave Elementary has helped students' reading scores go up a lot. Recently, the school held a "Community Garden Day" where families and staff worked together to plant food sources that will last a long time in the area. Working together on these things is helping to create a strong sense of pride and shared responsibility on campus.

Ans. The Warrior is the school mascot, and it stands for the strength and determination of the students and staff.
Q2. What kind of technology does J.A. Hargrave Elementary use?
Ans. Every student has a digital device that they can use to help them learn math and reading, which are two of the most important subjects.
Q3. Is there an after-school program at J.A. Hargrave?
Ans. Registered students can take part in a supervised program on campus that offers snacks, enrichment, and homework help.
Q4. How does J.A. Hargrave celebrate students' birthdays?
Ans. To keep students safe and healthy, the school has celebrations that don't involve food, like morning announcement shout-outs.
Q5. Is there a group for parents and teachers at J.A. Hargrave?
Ans. A PTA that is active works with the school to plan events in the community and raise money for classroom supplies.
