A.V. Cato Elementary proudly represented Castleberry ISD at the annual Gifted and Talented Showcase by showing off the hard work they put into project-based learning units. The school is getting ready for its popular PTO April Flower Vendor Event, which invites people from the community to buy flowers and other items from small businesses and school programs. These projects show how committed the campus is to both deep learning and getting involved in the community through events in the spring.

Ans. There is a special lab at the school where students can do hands-on science and engineering projects every week.

Ans. Once a week, students go to the library to check out books and learn about digital citizenship and how to do research.

Ans. Students can show off their own experiments and scientific discoveries to their peers and families at an annual science fair.
Q4. How does A V Cato Elementary School take care of students' medical needs?
Ans. During the school day, a full-time nurse is on staff to give students first aid and manage their medications.
Q5. Do students at A V Cato Elementary School have to take physical education classes?
Ans. Every day, all students take part in physical education classes that focus on fitness, working together, and building healthy habits.
