Criswell Elementary continued operating as Forney ISD's largest elementary campus in 2025-26, with 891 students and its National Showcase Campus designation intact. The school participated in Forney ISD's BJ's Wholesale Club partnership with the Forney Education Foundation, which directed additional resources toward student support across FISD campuses. Criswell's esports coordinator Jean Rotering continued the school's participation in the district's elementary esports program, one of the more distinctive extracurricular offerings available at the K-4 level in Texas.
