Recently, Riverside Elementary School has been in the news for one of its teachers being awarded a prestigious technology grant nationwide. This has brought a grant of $10,000 to the school. Gladis Hinojos, a fourth-grade dual language instructor, has been selected as a “Teacher of the Year” honoree. This grant will help improve technology for her students. This award ceremony has brought to light Riverside Elementary School’s commitment to innovative education and community involvement. This is just one of many examples of Riverside Elementary School looking to improve its students' education.
