Lancaster Elementary has also emphasized student achievements and involvement at the school level during the annual celebrations of the Ysleta Independent School District. Students at Lancaster Elementary took part in the annual Superintendent’s Robotics Competition of the school district. In addition, the school celebrated its success in literature through its BlueBonnet Book Club winning 2nd place at a district-wide book club contest. It is a clear reflection of the school’s emphasis on providing its students with experiences outside of traditional core learning and promoting community spirit among the school community.
