Carroll T. Welch Elementary School has been recognized by the Clint Independent School District as a Purple Star Campus for the 2023-24 academic year. This state-based Purple Star Campus designation is awarded to schools that have demonstrated exceptional support for military-connected students and their families. This recognition puts the school in the elite group of schools in the state that support the stability and success of military-connected children.
