Being Updated
The inaugural UTRGV Batalla de los Libros event was held on February 22 at the J W Caceres Discovery Academy, and it was an experience that excited both students and staff. The United States’ first dual language reading competition, Batalla de los Libros, encourages students to be involved in their own learning by collaborating with peers in order to develop their literacy and analytical skills while competing against one another.
