Being Updated
One of the biggest recent highlights is a significant renovation project funded by Denton ISD’s 2023 bond program. The district approved over $19 million (approx. $21M total) for upgrades at McNair Elementary. Planned improvements include: New flooring, paint, and plumbing upgrades, Enhanced fencing and campus safety features, Overall modernization of facilities. These upgrades are designed to improve safety, functionality, and the learning environment, with work scheduled to minimize disruption to students.
