Being Updated
A lot of things have changed at John F. Kennedy Elementary School in Corpus Christi recently. The school now has a new principal, Shay Carpenter, who is very knowledgeable about teaching elementary school. The school is also working on getting students more involved. There have been changes to how things work on campus to make it easier for parents to talk to each other through ParentSquare. This platform was put in place in early 2026 to improve communication between the school and families and keep parents up to date on their children's progress and school and community events. Recent events on campus, like Career Days held at the school, also help the school focus on giving students in kindergarten through third grade chances to learn in real-life situations.
