Waterford Oaks Elementary has been spotlighted this year for its use of the Ron Clark Academy House System, a character-education model that organizes students into named houses to build school pride, teamwork, and positive behavior. The campus held a House Championship celebration recognizing student achievement in academics, attendance, and character. Cedar Hill ISD noted Waterford Oaks as a model for positive school culture practices as the district explores expanding similar approaches to additional campuses.

Ans. The Ron Clark Academy has implemented a House System where students are grouped together according to their names and compete academically and through character-based competitions, promoting a feeling of school spirit.

Ans. There are two early childhood education programs offered in Waterford Oaks Elementary; Half-day Pre-K-3 Program and Full-day Pre-K-4 Program.
