Being Updated
Recently, Brownsville ISD has made a number of important changes at Putegnat Elementary School. In March 2026, the district announced that a record number of teachers had received TIA designations. This showed that all campuses had high-quality instruction. The school community also took part in local events like Charro Days and kept up with news like the new academic calendar for 2026–2027. These changes show that the campus is active and that people are still working on both their studies and getting involved in the community.
