Fabra Elementary kicked off spring with FES Dance Foundation practices March 30 and Code & Circuit Club April 2 in the library. Local shoutouts noted student kindness in sponsored community events. Choir rehearsals and Run Club continue April 6-9.

Ans. Fabra Elementary runs an unusually wide range of after-school clubs: Choir, Dance Foundation, Code and Circuit Club, Run Club, Musical Theater Club, Science Club, and Groupo Los Halconitos, which is a Spanish cultural dance program.
Q2. What is the DEAR Buddies program at Fabra Elementary?
Ans. DEAR stands for Drop Everything and Read. Students from different grade levels at Fabra Elementary pair up at least once a month to read together.
Q3. Does Fabra Elementary have a GATE program?
Ans. Yes, Fabra Elementary offers a Gifted and Talented program through Boerne ISD. The referral cycle opens through the classroom teacher.
Q4. What is the Math Buddies program at Fabra?
Ans. Fabra Elementary's Math Buddies program pairs students from different grade levels to practice math skills together. Like DEAR Buddies, it runs within the regular school schedule and is one of several cross-grade learning structures the school has built into its academic calendar throughout the year.
Q5. What school do Fabra Elementary students attend after fifth grade?
Ans. Fabra Elementary students feed into Boerne Middle School North, and then continue to either Boerne High School or Boerne Samuel V. Champion High School.
