At San Jacinto Elementary School, we are proud to share the recent accomplishments of Grita Cherry, who has been selected as the 2026 Campus Teacher of the Year. In addition, we held a ribbon cutting ceremony for our "Planting Seeds to Grow Giants" garden led by Principal Luis Munoz.

Ans. The official school mascot for San Jacinto Elementary in Baytown, Texas is the Seahawk and the school colors are blue and gold.

Ans. Yes, San Jacinto Elementary has a Two-Way Dual Language program to help children develop fluency in English and Spanish.

Ans. At San Jacinto Elementary, we have many groups or clubs, such as) Student Council, Honor Choir, and Robotics.
Q4. Does the school provide technology for students to use?
Ans. San Jacinto Elementary provides on-site access to digital learning tools, including Chromebooks, to facilitate digital learning in daily instruction.
Q5. Does the school have a program for gifted students?
Ans. Yes, the Gifted and Talented (GT) program is available at San Jacinto Elementary. The GT program offers advanced learning opportunities and opportunities for creative projects for eligible students.
