Being Updated
The Austin ISD update about Bryker Woods Elementary School received a lot of community feedback, resulting in Bryker Woods being taken off the school's possible future closure list. The district also wanted to maintain the school's operation for the foreseeable future, due to continued interest in the school future and changes to enrollment as a result of district planning. At present time, the Austin ISD is continuing to work on district planning for long term growth in enrollment and boundaries, and the district will review the results of all the feedback received in 2026.

Ans. Yes, the school offers enrichment opportunities and supports a well-rounded curriculum that includes both core academics and more advanced learning experiences.
Q2. What can parents do to help out at Bryker Woods Elementary?
Ans. Parents can get involved through the PTA, volunteer programs, and school events that encourage them to be active on campus.
Q3. Is there care available before and after school?
Ans. Yes, the school provides access to after-school programs and care services, either directly or through providers that the district has approved.
Q4. What kinds of things are on the campus?
Ans. There are classrooms, a library, playgrounds, and places for physical education and student activities on campus.

Ans. Bryker Woods Elementary offers counselling services and works to create a supportive environment that focuses on the growth and health of its students.
