1. What is Newman International Academy of Arlington?


Newman International Academy of Arlington is a public charter school that provides free tuition, PreK-12th grade education with seven DFW campuses. It embraces a strong focus on academic rigor, strong character education, leadership, arts, athletics, and STEM.



2. What are the campuses and grade levels served?


The campuses include: Newman International Academy of Arlington Elementary (Pre-K-6th), Newman International Academy of Arlington Upper Elementary (Pioneer) (7th-8th), and Newman International Academy of Arlington High School (9th-12th).



3. What are the major components of the educational program?


The educational program offers a balance in education which includes academics, athletics, fine arts, robotics, character education and a weekly Manners Class for elementary students. The school also offers Pre-AP and honors courses.


4. What is the enrollment process?


Enrollment is on a first-come-first-served basis. Enrollment involves completing a TEA application, creating a "Warrior Enroll" account, uploading a number of documents, such as utility bills and a birth certificate, attending a required Principal Informational Meeting.



5. Does Newman International Academy provide transportation?


Yes, there is select before and after-school transportation for students. Transportation is available for students that are near a campus that does not provide their required grade level. Students should be enrolled before requesting transportation.
