Cedar Elementary School is in for a dramatic change, considering that the consolidation plan being implemented by Canton City Schools as part of efforts to address a $17 million deficit will see Cedar merge with McGregor Intermediate School. While waiting for the construction of a new school called Lincoln Elementary, students will be housed in both facilities.
