Akron Alternative Academy has moved to a new location at 1199 Vernon Odom Blvd. This gives students a fresh campus for the 2025–26 school year. The school also held Student Success Conferences that had to be rescheduled because of a snow day and is getting ready for winter break from Dec. 22 to Jan. 2, 2026.
