The Suncoast School For Innovative Studies is evolving into Innovation Academy SRQ, a rebranded and enhanced learning model focused on inquiry-based and innovation-driven education.. It is working toward becoming an International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme candidate school, which emphasizes global learning and critical thinking. This is a major positive step because IB programs are globally respected for: Academic rigor, Inquiry-based learning and International-mindedness. The school continues to host engaging events such as: Books & Breakfast literacy events (encouraging reading and family participation), Student dances and celebrations and Holiday gift shops and themed events
