A major recent highlight of Orangewood Elementary School is that students from the district were awarded the Superintendent’s Florida Prepaid Tuition Scholarship, helping cover college tuition for future educators. This reflects: A strong college and career readiness pipeline and Encouragement for students to pursue teaching and community leadership roles. The School District of Lee County is increasing investment in teachers and school resources, focusing on long-term stability and improved classroom outcomes.
