Lee County Acceleration Academies is a public charter high school in Fort Myers, Florida, that helps students in grades 9–12 get back into school. It is known as one of the best schools for credit recovery because it uses a blended learning model that combines online lessons with in-person coaching from professionals. There are about 180 students at the academy, and there is one teacher for every 45 students. The campus has a wide range of students, with 60% being minorities and 24% being economically disadvantaged. The school is in the Lee County School District and says that 5% of its students are good at math and 10% are good at reading. The academy makes it easy for students to take the SAT and ACT tests so they are ready for college.
