In a recent back-to-school effort at Allen Park Elementary School, local community members and organizations came together to improve the campus, including landscaping, painting, and general clean-up. The initiative included teachers, volunteers, and local groups working collaboratively to create a more welcoming environment. This reflects: A high level of community involvement and A shared commitment to improving the student experience. The school continues to emphasize its PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) framework, centered around the acronym S.H.I.N.E. (Safe, Helpful, In Control, Nice, Engaged).
