Newark, Delaware, is a small city in New Castle County with about 30,500 people living there (2024 estimate). It is the third largest city in Delaware. Newark is about 15 km west of Wilmington and is home to the University of Delaware. It has a friendly college town feel, with suburban-style living, parks, walkable downtown areas, and a wide range of cultural and recreational activities.
