Lakeridge High School recently celebrated the fact that several of its students were named National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists. This shows that the school is very dedicated to helping students do well in school. The school is also starting a new Environmental Sustainability program that adds green technologies to the science curriculum and makes the student-run campus garden bigger. Also, the Lakeridge Pacesetters and the school's sports teams keep winning top prizes at regional competitions. This shows how much the school cares about doing well in both the arts and sports.
