Stivers School for the Arts’ advanced Chamber Choir was selected to sing the national anthem at the Dayton Dragons Opening Night on April 7, 2025, after winning the Dayton Daily News contest and earning a “Superior” rating at OMEA. The school will hold auditions on March 14, 2026, for all grade levels in band, choir, dance, orchestra, piano, theatre, visual arts, creative writing, and Career-Tech film, photography, and theatre. Stivers students regularly perform at the Masonic Temple for Stivers Celebrates!, and many alumni continue to Berklee College of Music, Northwestern University, and the Dayton Opera.
