Through the "Cash in for Schools" program, Benson High School recently got a $2,500 grant to help pay for a group of chosen students to go on an educational trip to Washington, D.C., in the spring of 2026. The campus also celebrated the end of major renovations, such as a new cafeteria space, seismic retrofitting, and specialized classrooms for Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways. The boys' basketball team has also had some big wins as the winter sports season turns into the spring sports season.
