Roosevelt High School is making a new partnership with the University of Virginia's Partnership for Leaders in Education, which is backed by the Iowa Department of Education to help students do better in school. This is a step toward their goal of academic excellence. The school also recently hired Mindy Euken as its new principal. She is a veteran leader with more than ten years of experience in the Roosevelt community and will help shape the school's future. Students are still doing well in the arts and community service.
