The J-Hawk Career Academy at Thomas Jefferson High School is now open for business. It offers specialized paths in business management, health sciences, and manufacturing. Recent improvements to the campus's infrastructure, such as updated science labs and better sports facilities, are helping students become better athletes. The school's music program is also doing very well, with several students being chosen for the All-State Music Festival because of how well they play and how well they understand music.
