The school has about 2,600 students and a student-to-teacher ratio of about 17:1. It is one of the best schools for its academic excellence and wide range of extracurricular activities. Mililani High School is getting ready for its annual Culture Fair, which will be held on February 18, 2026. This event gives students a chance to set up cultural booths and celebrate the diversity of cultures around the world. The school also recently got national attention when a senior was named a U.S. Presidential Scholar. This shows how high the level of academic excellence is on campus. In addition, work is still going on on a major affordable housing project for workers that is right on the school's property.
