The Tampa Bay Technical HS's students are doing well in career and technical education programs and getting certifications in areas like engineering, health sciences, and IT. The school keeps getting better at getting students ready for high-demand jobs and successful lives after graduation.
Q1. Does Tampa Bay Technical HS give out certificates for jobs?
Ans. Yes, a lot of CTE programs give students the chance to get certifications that are recognized by the industry.
Q2. Do students have the chance to do internships?
Ans. Some programs might have internships or work-based learning opportunities with businesses in the area.
Q3. What kinds of activities are there outside of school?
Ans. Students can join clubs, groups that help them with their careers, sports teams, and groups that help them become leaders.
Q4. Do magnet students get rides to and from school?
Ans. Yes, transportation may be available for students who qualify and are in magnet programs.
Q5. Does the school help students plan for college and their careers?
Ans. Yes, guidance counselors help students plan for life after HS, including college and career paths.
