Pensacola High School recently opened the county's first new public magnet program in more than 20 years. The program offers students new curriculum tracks that focus on specific career paths. The campus also celebrated a huge accomplishment by its students, who won more than 40 National Recognition Program awards from the College Board. This included the new 2025 School Recognition Award for academic excellence. Also, student leaders from the school's Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) chapter showed off their skills on a national level, with several members placing in the top ten in areas like cybersecurity and financial systems.
