Lake Nona HS is making things better for its students in the 2025–26 school year by adding more extracurricular activities in the performing arts and journalism. The school's athletic department is still very active, and the "Lake Nona Lions" programs help build community spirit through local events and competitions. The campus is also still a center for new ideas because it hosts health and wellness fairs that give students the tools and physicals they need for the upcoming sports seasons.
