Suncoast Credit Union recently gave Mariner High School in Cape Coral, Florida, $10,000 to improve their medical equipment. This will make the school's healthcare facilities better. The school's JROTC marksmanship team has also been doing well. Zoe Enslin and Jakobe Changasie, two members of the team, are competing in the 2025 American Legion Junior 3-Position Air Rifle National Championship. The school's football team has also been showing a lot of spirit lately, winning games against Ida Baker High School and Island Coast.
