The Phoenix Project has successfully added a new flexible-scheduling model for the 2026 semester. This lets students balance intensive academic credit recovery with local work-study placements. The program recently updated its digital learning lab with new software to help students learn at their own pace in core subjects. Students are also taking part in a new community mentorship program that connects them with local leaders for weekly career development seminars.
