The school’s School Community Council (SCC) recently approved a LAND Trust plan focused on increasing literacy support by funding additional reading aides for the coming academic year

Ans. Students do science experiments, work on projects, and do group activities that are fun and interactive.
Q2: How does the school help kids learn to read and write early on?
Ans. For younger students, Oakcrest uses leveled reading materials, small-group instruction, and phonics programs.
Q3. Are there services for special education?
Ans. Yes, the school gives each student personalized instruction and accommodations based on their needs.
Q4. What does Oakcrest do to get families and schools to work together?
Ans. Through family nights, volunteering in the classroom, and parent advisory groups.
Q5. What are some ways to be creative?
Ans. Students take part in art, music, and sometimes school-wide creative projects.
