Bell's Hill Elementary is the best elementary school in the Waco Independent School District. The school recently took part in the district's "Future Chefs" event, which used a brand-new, state-of-the-art kitchen to encourage kids to eat healthy. The campus also leads the district in bilingual and early childhood education programs, which help students do very well in school.
