W L Kissam Intermediate School has recently started new student programs that focus on getting students involved on campus and in activities. The Live School Houses program has helped students get to know each other better through games and activities. During the school year, students have also been involved in community projects and events for clubs. The school also builds on its STEAAM learning by doing hands-on projects in the classroom, such as design and basic engineering projects, which help students learn in real life.
