The Straus Middle PTA started the Color Games Program in February 2026. There was a competitive leaderboard where students could earn points and win prizes like gift cards as part of the effort to raise money. The program got students involved and made money for events on campus.

Ans. Straus Middle follows district pacing guides for lessons, which makes sure that all classrooms cover the same grade-level material in the same order.

Ans. Straus Middle keeps track of participation by having teachers watch students' responses, contributions to discussions, and completion of assigned tasks during daily activities.

Ans. At Straus Middle, students work on media-based projects in the classroom where they make written or visual outputs that relate to what they're learning and how to present it.
