The Midland County Barbara Culver Juvenile Justice Center recently got a new Chief Juvenile Probation Officer, which means that the leadership has changed. The new leaders have been with the department for a long time and are expected to lead programs that help students make progress and get support. Plans are also in place to make the facility better by adding new spaces that will make it a better place for students to learn. The goal of these changes is to help students at the center learn, stay stable, and grow over time.
