Leander H S is making a lot of progress on its campus master plan. The first phase of building on sports and performance areas is set to be done by the end of summer 2026. The school is also getting ready for a big change in sports as it moves up to the 6A bracket for the UIL realignment cycle from 2026 to 2028. The campus was also a big part of the 2026 School Board Recognition Month, which honored the collaborative leadership that helps each student move forward in their education and get ready for college.
