Jim Plain Elementary began the 2024-25 and 2025-26 school years under Principal Emily Ulatoski, appointed in December 2023. Jim Plain's students participate in LISD's district-wide fine arts programming and academic competitions, and the school's PTA ran active family events through both semesters.
