The Webb County Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program is more committed than ever to helping students grow. The City of Laredo Health Department and the program have started a new health and wellness program together. The program offers interactive workshops once a month that teach people about mental health, how to make good decisions, and the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. The academy also keeps offering specialized academic help to help students stay on track with their core high school credits and get ready to go back to their home campuses.
