Owens El ran in the 12th Superintendent's Fun Run this April. The event raised $95,000 for scholarships for students in the district. The campus was recently recognized for its "Golden Rule" character program, which has helped students get along better with each other. The district will host the 2026 Science Olympiad, and students are getting ready for it.
