Vial Elementary School's Classical Center, located in Garland, Texas, services students in grades K–5, with approximately 550 students enrolled and a student–teacher ratio of 15:1. Vial Elementary has two different magnet programs called Classical Magnet and Dual Language Magnet. The Classical Magnet Track includes writing, piano, drama, and leadership as part of the experiential program. The Dual Language Magnet serves students in 50/50 Spanish and English instruction. In 2022, the NCEA recognized Vial as a Higher Performing School. The school is committed to education in both arts and academics. There are weekly programs for drama, visual arts, and music development.
