The district is working hard to improve third-grade ELAR scores, and Glen Park Elementary is a key part of that effort. The FWISD Board is looking at a plan to add five more school days to the 2025–26 calendar. This would make the school year last until June 10, 2026. The campus is still a busy place for regular board meetings and community feedback sessions that are held all over the district.
