The West Brook High School UIL Academics Team recently won the Hamshire Fannett Longhorn Invitational, beating 16 other schools in 20 academic events. They were the best overall. Along with doing well in school, members of the varsity athletics and fine arts programs are getting ready for the 2026–2027 season by going to district-wide physical and activity clearance events. The campus is also in the last two months of its senior celebration season, which includes special events like "Decision Day" and the "Parade of Grads" for the Class of 2026.
