The Navarro Early College High School in Austin is getting a lot of good press for its strong early college program and the success of its students. The school is dedicated to helping students graduate with college credits and be ready for college.
Q1. What does Early College High School mean at Navarro?
Ans. It lets students get college credits while they finish high school.
Q2. Is it possible for students to get college credits and graduate?
Ans. Yes, high school students can take dual credit courses.
Q3. Are there Advanced Placement (AP) classes?
Ans. Yes, early college programs and AP classes are both available.
Q4. Are there any activities outside of school?
Ans. Yes, students can join clubs, sports, and the arts.
Q5. What does the school do to help students get ready for college?
Ans. Through counseling, dual credit programs, and academic help.
