Pittsburgh Arlington K-8 was mentioned in a March 2026 Pittsburgh Public Schools update about asynchronous learning during the NFL Draft. The event was held in Pittsburgh, which caused the district to adjust PSSA testing windows around the event, leading the district to announce that students would learn remotely April 22–24, 2026. The update provided a clear planning piece for Arlington families, helped maintain instruction and provided students a structured way to stay connected during a major citywide event.
