The JAM Kindness Club at Avalon Elementary School is preparing for its Entrepreneur Night on May 7, from 5 to 7 p.m. Families are welcome to shop for items created by students that range from $1 to $5, providing an opportunity for young learners to showcase their creativity within a real community setting. The school is also promoting its Parents as Allies project, which trains parents and guardians to support makerspace learning and help students build confidence through hands-on activities.
